Rajani MD Review 2026: PlasmaGLO LED Masks, Tools and Serums Up Close

Picture a bathroom counter after a long week: a white silicone LED mask resting on its storage bag, a small wooden-backed gua sha charging on its base, and a dropper bottle of facial oil next to the sink. Everything carries the same red "Rx" logo. That's the at-home kit Rajani MD sells, a mix of LED devices, skincare, Korean sheet masks and wellness products under one founder's name.

GlowTrials went through the Rajani MD store, product specs, prices and policies in October 2026. Here's what the line includes, what it costs, and how to buy without overpaying.

The Story: From a Clinic to a Countertop

Rajani MD is the brand of Dr. Anil Rajani, MD. According to the brand's "Meet Dr. Rajani" page, he has worked in aesthetic medicine for over two decades, developed the in-clinic treatments the brand calls Plasmafill™ and Plasmasculpt™, and teaches through a YouTube channel and professional training programs. The brand says the at-home line grew out of a gap he saw between in-clinic appointments and what people do at home every day.

The store lists Hood River, Oregon as its business address and carries around 90 products. Most are Rajani MD's own PlasmaGLO™ devices and skincare, but the shop also stocks a few partner brands, including NEWA radio-frequency devices, Revision Skincare's D·E·J Eye Cream and ASCEplus products.

What Sets the Line Apart (By the Specs)

  • Published LED specs: the PlasmaGLO masks list 630nm red, 830nm near-infrared and 415nm blue LEDs, with LED counts of 234 (Face and Jowl Mask) and 258 (HALO).
  • Cordless designs: the masks run on a rechargeable controller or clip-on battery pack and charge by USB-C.
  • Timed sessions: the Face and Jowl Mask runs a 10-minute program and switches itself off.
  • Coverage below the chin: the Face and Jowl Mask is shaped to extend under the jawline, and the HALO adds coverage for the neck and top of the head.
  • PEMF modules (pulsed electromagnetic field) are built into the HALO and the LED Duo eye patches.
  • Extras in the box: the LED Gua Sha Suite includes a free bottle of HydraGLO Oil and a video course.

Face and Jowl Mask or HALO?

Both use the same three wavelengths (red 630nm, near-infrared 830nm, blue 415nm) and run 10-minute sessions. The Face and Jowl Mask ($425) has 234 LEDs and a separate controller that holds the battery; the brand says a full charge lasts about 6–8 sessions. The HALO ($750) has 258 LEDs, adds PEMF, extends up over the top of the head and down the neck, and uses a clip-on battery pack so you can move around. If you mainly want the face and jawline, the Face and Jowl Mask costs $325 less.

Starting small

If you aren't ready for a mask, the LED Gua Sha Suite at $129 (was $277) is the low-cost way into the device range. It comes with a charging base, USB-C cable, storage pouch, a free HydraGLO Oil and a free video course. The CryoGLO Roller ($49) has no electronics at all.

The skincare side

Rajani MD's topicals list their ingredients clearly. The Retinol A Serum, for example, combines three retinoids with vitamins C and E and avocado oil, and the brand says it's free of parabens, fragrance, phthalates and mineral oil. If you're new to retinoids or use other actives, patch test first and follow the label.
