So GlowTrials did the math. On October 20, 2026 we priced every product in Dermalogica's new holiday sets one by one on the brand's US site, added them up and compared the total with the set price. Below: what's in each box, what you actually save, and who each one is built for.

Eight sets landed in Dermalogica's New Arrivals and Kits & Sets collections on October 1. All but one are priced well below their contents bought separately, with savings from $19.50 up to $178. The catch: the brand's refund policy lists partial kits or gift sets as final sale, so pick a set you're sure about.

Three full sizes for a double cleanse plus exfoliation: PreCleanse (5.1 oz, $49), Special Cleansing Gel (8.4 oz, $49) and Daily Microfoliant (2.6 oz, $69). That's $167 of product for $119. The brand marks it suitable for all skin types.
Buy this if: you wear sunscreen or makeup daily and want the brand's signature cleanse in one box.
Expert Protect + Renew Set, $139
Two full sizes plus a travel size: Dynamic Skin Retinol Serum (1 oz, $99), Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 (1.7 oz, $87) and a travel Antioxidant Hydramist (1.0 oz, $16). Mist, serum at night, SPF moisturizer by day. The $63 saving is the biggest in this price range.

The Splurge Boxes
The Expert Lift Set, $279
Three full sizes from the Phyto Nature line: Phyto Nature E² (3.4 oz, $158), Phyto Nature Oxygen Cream (1.7 oz, $129) and Phyto Nature Lifting Eye Cream (0.5 oz, $124). Together they're $411, so the set takes $132 off.
Buy this if: you were eyeing even two of these. The eye cream and oxygen cream alone come to $253.
The Ultimate Expertise Set, $329
Six full sizes: Daily Glycolic Cleanser (5.1 oz, $39), Daily Microfoliant (2.6 oz, $69), Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 (1.7 oz, $87), Dynamic Skin Retinol Serum (1 oz, $99), Phyto Nature Lifting Eye Cream (0.5 oz, $124) and Pro-Collagen Banking Serum (1 oz, $89). That's $507 of product. On top come a Dermalogica headband, a fan brush and a double-ended gua sha skin roller. Dermalogica lists the whole box at a $544 value.

Set or Singles? A Quick Rule
- Count the products you'd use up. If it's every item in the box, the set wins in every case above except Pro Ritual, where the gain is the tools.
- Check for repeats. Six of the eight sets include a 2.6 oz Daily Microfoliant. Already have a full bottle? A second one lasts a while, so choose a set without it or treat the extra as a refill.
