RedTherapy Review 2026: Inside the RedRush PULSE Red Light Panels

It's 6:40 on a dark November morning. The coffee is still brewing, the house is quiet, and on the back of the bathroom door a slim white panel switches on and fills the room with a deep, almost theatrical red glow. Ten minutes later it clicks off, and the day starts. That small ritual is what RedTherapy (Red Therapy Company LLC) is selling: high-output red and near-infrared LED panels built for home use.
GlowTrials went through the RedTherapy website, spec sheets, prices and policies in October 2026 to explain what each RedRush panel actually is, what it costs, and how to buy one without paying more than you need to.
The Story: A Tennessee Company With One Focused Product Line
RedTherapy's store lists its business address in Antioch, Tennessee, and the company sells under the name Red Therapy Co. Product pages quote Eric James as the company's Founder & CEO. Instead of a sprawling catalog of gadgets, the shop is built around one family of devices, the RedRush PULSE panels, plus the stands that hold them and a gift card.
The homepage says all units are quality checked in the USA. The company ships to all US states and outlying territories, but not internationally, so this is a US-only purchase for now.
What Makes a RedRush Panel Different (On Paper)
Every figure below comes from RedTherapy's own spec sheets. We're describing the hardware, not what light does to your body.
- Two wavelengths in one panel: 660nm red LEDs and 850nm near-infrared LEDs, split roughly half and half, all rated at 3W each.
- Selectable pulse modes: 10Hz, 20Hz and 40Hz pulsed settings plus a continuous-wave mode, chosen from the control panel.
- Internal EMF shielding: an iron-based internal cage; the brand lists 0.0uT at 6 inches.
- Glass optical lenses over the LEDs, which the brand says spread the light more evenly.
- Flexible mounting: door-hanging and wall-hanging kits, VESA-compatible mount points on the back, a built-in carry handle and optional floor stands.
- Works on 100–240V power, with cooling fans and a rated LED life of 50,000 hours.
- Darkened safety glasses come in the box with every panel.
The brand also publishes irradiance numbers for each model. For the 400 PULSE, for example, it lists 160 mW/cm² at 6 inches, 85 mW/cm² at 18 inches and 32 mW/cm² at 36 inches. Those are the company's own measurements, so treat them as published specs rather than independent lab results.
Shop the RedTherapy Highlights
A quick look at the RedRush lineup and the prices we saw in October 2026.
Prices change often; the brand's site always shows the current price.
The Lineup: Pick Your Panel
| Product | Price | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| RedRush 400 PULSE | $675 (was $1,099) | Smaller rooms and door or wall mounting: 133 LEDs, 9.2" × 23" × 3.5", 13 lbs |
| RedRush 840 PULSE | $1,195 (was $1,599) | Bigger coverage: 280 LEDs, 10.25" × 38.5" × 3.5", 22 lbs, listed coverage up to 24" × 84" |
| RedRush 840 PULSE Dual | $2,490 (was $2,999) | Front-and-back setups: two 840 panels plus two floor stands |
| Pulse Stand PRO | $74.50 (was $99) | A free-standing 400 PULSE |
| Pulse Stand XL | $97.50 (was $119) | The 840 PULSE, or a taller 400 PULSE setup |
| E-gift card | $200 to $2,000 | Gifting (all gift card sales are final) |
400 PULSE or 840 PULSE?
The two panels share the same wavelengths, pulse modes, shielding and mounting system. The real differences are size and LED count. The 400 PULSE has 133 LEDs on a 23-inch-tall body with two cooling fans, and the brand lists coverage up to 24" × 42". The 840 PULSE has 280 LEDs on a 38.5-inch body with four fans, and lists coverage up to 24" × 84". For a small bathroom or bedroom door, the 400 is easier to place. If you want one panel that covers more of your height at once, the 840 is the one built for that.
When the Dual makes sense
The Dual pairs two 840 PULSE panels with two floor stands, so you can stand between them. RedTherapy's tagline for it is getting a session done "in half the time," since both sides face a panel at once. It's the biggest spend in the shop, so it suits people with a dedicated corner of a home gym rather than a shared bathroom.
Don't forget the stand
The single panels ship with door and wall hanging hardware, not a floor stand. If you want a free-standing setup, add the Pulse Stand PRO (made for the 400 PULSE) or the Pulse Stand XL (made for the 840 PULSE, and also fits the 400). The brand notes neither stand works with older models such as the 360 or 720.
Shipping, the 60-Day Trial and Warranty
| Policy | What RedTherapy says |
|---|---|
| Shipping cost | Free shipping shown on product pages |
| Ship time | The FAQ says 2–3 business days, but PULSE product pages currently show an estimated 10–15 day lead time |
| Where it ships | All US states and outlying territories (some with an extra charge); no international shipping |
| 60-day trial | Full refund within 60 days if you're not satisfied; product must come back in original packaging with all accessories |
| Return shipping | Paid by the customer; the brand can create a label on request. Damaged or missing parts may mean extra fees |
| Warranty | 2 years, covering manufacturing defects (proof of purchase needed) |
| Contact | team@redtherapy.co for returns and warranty claims |
One detail to note: the return policy page counts the 60 days from the date of purchase, while the FAQ says 60 days after delivery. With a 10–15 day lead time that gap matters, so plan as if the clock starts at purchase.
Safety first: RedTherapy's own FAQ urges caution for anyone who is pregnant, light-sensitive, has epilepsy (the pulse modes flash), takes medication that increases light sensitivity, has an eye condition or uses a pacemaker or other implanted device. If any of that applies to you, or you have any medical condition, talk to your doctor before using a light device. Wear the included glasses, too. This is not medical advice.

RedTherapy FAQ
What wavelengths do RedRush panels use?
660nm red and 850nm near-infrared, according to the product pages.
Can I return a panel if I don't like it?
Yes. The brand offers a 60-day trial with a full refund, as long as the panel comes back in its original packaging with all accessories. You pay return shipping.
Does RedTherapy ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. It ships to all US states and outlying territories.
Do I need the glasses?
The brand suggests wearing the darkened glasses included with every product because the panels are very bright.
Our Verdict
RedTherapy keeps things simple: a few panels with clear, published specs, a 60-day trial and a 2-year warranty. The 400 PULSE is the practical entry point, the 840 PULSE covers more ground, and the Dual is for people turning a corner of the house into a dedicated setup. Check the safety notes, budget for a stand if you want one, and visit our RedTherapy deals page before you order.
How we wrote this: GlowTrials researched RedTherapy using its official website, product specs, prices and policies in October 2026. We haven't personally tested these products.
