RedTherapy Holiday & Winter Guide 2026: RedRush Gifts, Lead Times and the 60-Day Clock

Every family has one person who is impossible to shop for. They already own the foam roller, the fitness watch and the fancy coffee grinder. They have a home-gym corner, a morning routine they talk about a little too much, and a wish list that just says "surprise me."

For that person, a slim white RedRush PULSE panel glowing deep red on the back of a bedroom door is a very different kind of gift. This GlowTrials season guide covers what RedTherapy sells for fall, winter and the 2026 holidays, what each piece costs today, how long it really takes to arrive, and how to plan a gift so the timing and the return window work for you.

Who This Guide Is For

  • Holiday gift shoppers buying for a partner, parent or friend who loves a home routine.
  • Self-gifters who have been eyeing a panel all year and want to time the purchase well.
  • Couples setting up a shared corner of the house for the colder months.
  • Anyone in the US: RedTherapy ships to US states and outlying territories only.

Why Winter Is Panel Season

When the evenings get dark at five and the outdoor plans get cancelled, more of daily life moves indoors. That is when a device that hangs on a door, sits beside a desk or stands in a living-room corner starts to make sense. A RedRush panel is a wall of LEDs (660nm red and 850nm near-infrared, according to the brand) with a timer display, pulse modes and a carry handle. It fits into the indoor part of the day without taking over a room.

We're describing the hardware here, not what light does to the body. RedTherapy makes many wellness claims on its site; we don't repeat them.

Match the Gift to the Person

RedTherapy's catalog is short, which makes gift shopping easier. Here's how each piece maps to the person on your list, with prices checked on redtherapy.co in October 2026.

For the apartment dweller: RedRush 400 PULSE ($675)

At 9.2" wide, 23" tall and 3.5" thick, and 13 pounds, the 400 PULSE is the panel that disappears onto the back of a door. It ships with a door hanging hook, a hanging wire with carabiners, an adjustable rope, two wall anchors with screws, a power cord and a pair of darkened glasses, so it can go up the same evening it is unwrapped. Its compare-at price is $1,099. Buy this if the person on your list rents, lives small or has one free door and no spare floor.

For the tall, full-length setup: RedRush 840 PULSE ($1,195)

The 840 PULSE stretches to 38.5" tall with 280 LEDs and four cooling fans, and the brand lists its coverage area at up to 24" × 84". It weighs 22 pounds, so plan on a sturdy door, a wall mount or a stand. Buy this if they want one panel that covers more of their height in one go.

For the couple: RedRush 840 PULSE Dual ($2,490)

Two 840 PULSE panels plus two floor stands in one listing (compare-at $2,999). Stand between them and both sides face a panel at once, which is how RedTherapy pitches it. Buy this if it's a shared gift for a household with a dedicated corner of a spare room or home gym.

For "I'm not sure which one": the e-gift card ($200 to $2,000)

Gift cards come in $200, $500, $1,000 and $2,000 values, arrive by email with instructions to redeem at checkout, and carry no extra processing fees. One catch: the listing says all gift card sales are final. Buy this if you'd rather let them choose the panel, or you're shopping at the last minute.

The Holiday Timeline: Order Earlier Than You Think

This is the part most gift buyers miss. RedTherapy's FAQ says orders normally ship within 2–3 business days, but every PULSE product page currently shows a banner: due to demand, the estimated shipping time is 10–15 days instead of the standard 24 hours. The brand doesn't publish a holiday shipping cutoff, so build your own buffer.

What to plan forWhat RedTherapy saysWhat it means for a gift

Holiday cutoffNone publishedDon't count on a last-week order arriving by a set date

Mind the 60-day clock on a gift

RedTherapy's return-policy page offers a 60-day trial with a full refund, counted "from the date of purchase." For a gift, that clock starts ticking long before the wrapping paper comes off. Buy on November 15 and the window closes around January 14. If the panel doesn't suit them, they'll need to decide in the first weeks of the new year. Keep the original box: returns must come back in the original packaging with every accessory, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Three Cozy Winter Setups

Where the panel will live decides which pieces belong in the box.

The bedroom door

The single panels come with a door hook and hanging hardware. Close the door, hang the panel, done. The 400 PULSE is the easy fit here.

The home-office corner

If they work from home through the winter, a panel on a stand beside the desk keeps it out of the way. Stands are sold separately for single panels: the Pulse Stand PRO ($74.50, was $99) is made for the 400 PULSE, and the Pulse Stand XL ($97.50, was $119) fits the 840 and also the 400. The brand notes neither works with older models like the 360 or 720.

The spare-room or home-gym corner

For two people, the Dual already includes both floor stands. Leave space to stand between the panels, and keep it near an outlet: the panels run on 100–240V power.

Paying for a Big Gift

  • Code WELCOME50: the site's announcement bar reads "Get $50 OFF Your First Purchase with code: WELCOME50." No terms are listed, so let checkout confirm it applies.
  • Current markdowns: every panel and stand was below its compare-at price on October 19, 2026.
  • Shop Pay Installments: the store offers it, which can help spread a $1,195 or $2,490 purchase.
  • Free shipping shown on product pages.

Before You Wrap It: A Safety Note

Each panel comes with darkened glasses, and RedTherapy recommends wearing them. Its FAQ also lists people who should be cautious or talk to a doctor first, including anyone who is pregnant, light-sensitive, has epilepsy or a seizure history (the pulse modes flash), takes light-sensitizing medication, or uses a pacemaker or another implanted device. If you're gifting, it's worth knowing the recipient fits none of these. This is not medical advice.

The Bottom Line

For a small space, the 400 PULSE at $675 is the gift that goes up on a door the same night. For a taller setup, the 840 PULSE. For a couple, the Dual with both stands included. And if you're late or unsure, the emailed gift card skips the shipping wait entirely. Order early, keep the box, and check today's prices before you buy.
