RedTherapy Before You Buy 2026: The Fine Print to Check Before a RedRush Panel Ships

The box is bigger than you expected. A RedRush 400 PULSE weighs 13 pounds on its own, and an 840 PULSE is 22, so the carton that lands on your porch takes two hands and a little planning. Inside: a slim white panel, a coil of cable, a door hook and a pair of dark glasses. What isn't inside is the answer to the questions most people only think about after they've paid.
So GlowTrials did the boring part first. We read RedTherapy's product listings, FAQ, refund policy, return-policy page, contact page and the March 2026 user manuals in October 2026, and turned them into the questions worth asking before you click "Add to cart." Where the brand's own pages disagree, we say so.
Ordering: What Happens After You Pay
How long until it ships?
It depends which page you read. The FAQ says orders ship within 2–3 business days unless you pre-ordered. Every PULSE product page, however, currently carries a banner saying that, due to demand, the estimated shipping time is now 10–15 days instead of the standard 24 hours. Plan around the longer number, especially if the panel is a gift.
Where does RedTherapy ship?
Only within the United States. The brand ships to all US states and outlying territories, and notes that some territories carry an extra shipping charge. The store's own settings list the US as its only shipping country, so there is no international option right now.
Is shipping free?
Product pages show free shipping alongside the 60-day trial and 2-year warranty badges. Territories with a surcharge are the exception the FAQ mentions.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. The store supports Shop Pay Installments, and the footer lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.
What You Can Order From RedTherapy
The full catalog is short. Here are the four main buys and the prices we saw in October 2026.
Prices change often; the brand's site always shows the current price.
In the Box: What Comes With Each Panel
Both panels ship with hanging hardware, a power cord and glasses. The one thing that never comes with a single panel is a floor stand.
| Item | RedRush 400 PULSE | RedRush 840 PULSE |
|---|---|---|
| Hanging wire with carabiners | 1 | 1 |
| Door hanging hook | 1 | 1 |
| Adjustable rope | 1 | 1 |
| Wall anchors with screws | 2 | 4 |
| Power cord | 1 | 1 |
| Darkened glasses | 1 pair | 1 pair |
| Floor stand | Sold separately (Pulse Stand PRO, $74.50) | Sold separately (Pulse Stand XL, $97.50) |
The Dual is the exception: its single variant is listed as "Pulse + Floor Stand x2." One buyer's review on the 400 PULSE page sums up the risk neatly: they hadn't noticed there was no stand. If your door or wall won't work, budget for one now rather than paying a second shipping wait later.

Returns: Read This Part Twice
How long is the trial?
RedTherapy advertises a 60-day trial. The return-policy page counts it "from the date of purchase," while the FAQ says "within the first 60 days after delivery." With a 10–15 day lead time, those two clocks can be two weeks apart. Count from the purchase date to be safe.
Do sale items qualify?
This is the biggest open question we found. The standard refund policy in the store's policy section contains the line "Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded." Yet every panel and stand was showing a sale price when we checked, and the brand's dedicated return-policy page offers a "full refund, no questions asked" within the trial with no sale exception. Before you order, email team@redtherapy.co and ask them to confirm in writing that the 60-day trial applies to your discounted panel.
Who pays to send it back?
You do. The policies say return shipping is the customer's cost, though RedTherapy can create a label on request; the policy-section version adds that the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Panels must come back in the original packaging with every accessory, and damaged or missing parts can mean extra fees or a partial refund. Use tracking: the FAQ says the brand can't be held liable for returns lost in transit.
Where do returns go?
Another mismatch. The contact page lists the company at 3868 Logistics Way in Antioch, Tennessee, while the policy-section refund text gives a mailing address in Solana Beach, California. Don't guess: start every return or warranty claim by email and use the address the team gives you.
Keep the box?
Yes, at least until the trial ends. "Original packaging" is a condition on both return pages.
Warranty: What the Manual Adds
The listings say "2 Year Warranty." The March 2026 manual for the 400 PULSE spells it out: 24 months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Within the first 60 days you can choose an exchange or your money back; after that, RedTherapy chooses between a new unit and a repair. The manual also lists what isn't covered: damage from high moisture, water, power surges, improper use, falls, dust build-up or user modifications. Opening the device voids the warranty, and proof of purchase is required.
Discounts: What's Real
Is there a code?
Yes, a brand-published one. The announcement bar on every page reads "Get $50 OFF Your First Purchase with code: WELCOME50." The newsletter box separately offers $10 off a first purchase. No terms were listed, so treat them as first-order offers that likely won't combine, and let checkout confirm the discount.
Can I return a gift card?
No. E-gift cards come in $200, $500, $1,000 and $2,000 values, arrive by email with redemption instructions, carry no processing fee, and the listing states that all gift card sales are final.
Safety Questions to Settle First
RedTherapy's FAQ lists groups who should be cautious or talk to a doctor before using a panel: people who are pregnant, have photosensitive conditions, epilepsy or a seizure history (the pulse modes flash), certain eye conditions, cancer, take light-sensitizing medication, or use a pacemaker or another implanted device. The manual adds its own warnings: don't use it near water, never balance it where it can tip over, and don't exceed 30 minutes of light from the device per day. If anything on that list applies to you, speak to your doctor before ordering. This isn't medical advice.
Our Take
RedTherapy's listings are unusually clear about what's in the box, and the 60-day trial plus 2-year warranty are real protection on a big purchase. The fine print is where you need to be careful: a long current lead time, return shipping on you, two different return addresses, and a sale-item clause that conflicts with the trial promise. Get the trial confirmed by email, decide on a stand up front, then check our RedTherapy deals page before you order.
How we wrote this: GlowTrials researched RedTherapy using its official website, product listings, user manuals, prices and published policies in October 2026. We haven't personally tested these products and we don't invent ratings or discount codes. We describe what the devices are and what the policies say, not what light does for your body, and this is not medical advice.
