Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense – Lustre Eyeliner, $29. An automatic pencil that never needs sharpening, with a smudge tip on the other end. The detail that makes it different: Clinique says the formula gives you 60 seconds to blend and smoke it out before it sets, then lists it as transfer-, smudge- and water-resistant. The swatch chart shows shimmering shades such as Charcoal Lustre, Black Honey Lustre, Aquamarine Lustre and Sapphire Lustre.
